Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and IconaPost for using www.iconapost.com and the cards published on it. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use IconaPost.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person may hold more than one card, but not accounts created to get around limits or bans.

Your content

You own what you put on your card: text, photos, links and knowledge. You give us permission to store, display and process it only to run the service, including showing your published card to visitors and using your knowledge to let the AI concierge answer them.

You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it. Don’t publish anything illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else’s rights or privacy.

AI answers

Your card’s concierge uses AI to answer visitors from the knowledge you provide. AI can make mistakes, so check that your knowledge is accurate and don’t rely on the concierge for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for the information your card gives out.

Acceptable use

• No spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to break or overload the service.
• No impersonating other people or brands.
• No scraping or copying other users’ cards or data.
• No using IconaPost to collect personal data from visitors without telling them.

Plans, credits and payments

Some features use credits. Paid plans renew until you cancel, every month or, if you choose annual billing, every year at the discounted yearly price shown on the Pricing page (your plan’s credits still arrive every month). They are billed through Stripe, PayPal or Razorpay. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may change; changes apply to new purchases and renewals after we tell you.

You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Unused credits and partial months are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using IconaPost and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

The service

We work to keep IconaPost running and improving, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, IconaPost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including data from Google sign-in and Google Calendar.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is important we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use IconaPost after that means you accept it. Questions: [hi@iconapost.com(mailto:hi@iconapost.com).
